Washington Park, a project managed by JAPM, has won another award at the Urban Development Institute of Australia (NSW) Awards. The other two awards were Excellence for Masterplanned Development at the 2015 Urban Development Institute of Australia (NSW) Awards and also Excellence in Urban Renewal in the 2014 Urban Development Institute of Australia (NSW) Awards. This project has also won Best Masterplanned Community at the 2016 Urban Taskforce Development Awards and and Best Urban Design in the 2014 Sydney Design Awards.
